The copper windings of the rotor and stator are double insulated
with a flexible varnish that does not dry under high temperature, protecting the engine from damage.
The machine has a soft start system that protects the gearbox.
It also has a built-in low-speed cruise control,
thanks to which it works while the grinding of the stainless steel disc is effective and does not cause damage to the machine.
The thin casing provides a comfortable grip even during long-term operations for operator safety and comfort.
Spare brushes are included and their replacement does not require disassembling the entire machine,
but removing only the back part of it (black casing).
The bevel is precisely positioned and made of steel with a hardness of 53-56 HRC and has a high torque.
The speed control in the range of 3,000-12,000 rpm. based on an electronic system
which allows the automatic selection of power from the mains in case of work with high pressure at low / medium speed
(for stainless steel, weld grinding or concrete grinding with cup wheel).
The mill allows the cutting of steel elements and reinforced concrete or ceramics
much faster than lower powered devices and is less sensitive to disc wedging in hardware.
